Return & Refund Policy

At Shine Enterprise, we are committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we have the following policies:

1. No Returns Policy:

Once a product is sold and dispatched, we do not accept returns under any condition. This is to maintain product integrity and warranty compliance.

2. Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Custom, made-to-order, or specially procured equipment (e.g., DG sets, vending machines) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
